Our main priority is to get the job done to an impeccable standard, which reflects in our company reviews.

Building a rear single storey extension

We worked with Luke and his team on our extension. It was built within permitted development so the plans we had were in our head and on a scrap of paper. Luke worked very well with the lack of plans. He had a very pleasant manner and was helpful and knowledgeable. The work was carried out to a high standard and at a fast pace. It was completed in the expected timescale. I would highly recommend Bowring Construction for any building and carpentry work. We have arranged for Luke to come back and do some additional carpentry work in the house and we are looking forward to having him back.

Loft conversion

Luke and the team did a superb professional job in transforming an unusable attic room into a showstopper. Nothing was too much trouble, happy to discuss options and any issues dealt with using expertise and advice. Clean, tidy, on budget, on time and we’re delighted with the result. Highly recommended.

Build and fit new kitchen

I spent 6 months looking a kitchen fitter without any success. I was was then recommend Luke at Bowring construction. From the first meeting Luke was very easy to work with and I had a quote for the whole job within 1 week of our first meeting. From day one I could see how professional Luke and his team were. 8am until at least 5pm, the house was always left in a very tidy state. The job included removing walls, moving electrics, plastering, brand new flooring throughout as well as the new kitchen and utility room. The job was completed within 3 weeks to a superb standard. We are delighted.

Gazebo, Cinema room, Flooring, Doors etc

Since first engaging Luke Bowring 2 years ago we have without doubt found ‘the best’. He and Tom have gone on to complete several projects for us including design and build of a large garden gazebo and cinema room. Smaller jobs for us include fitting of new Flooring, hanging new internal and framed external doors to millimetre perfection and most recently a pair of large garage doors with locks Etc again to perfection. Luke and Tom can take on any Project of any size and deliver nothing short of perfection. Trades can be tricky, these guys are solid and a pleasure to deal with.

Timber Garden Gazebo with cut pitched slate roof

Luke visited us to discuss our “garden ‘gazebo” requirement and throughout the discussions was very collaborative and was keen to suggest finer points of design and detail to ensure we ended up with the best solution, which we welcomed. We had our own clear ideas but his input and eye for detail was critical. Pricing was easily agreed and Luke completed within the estimated 10 working days. We are absolutely delighted with the end result, beautifully crafted and built exactly as hoped for. A pleasure to deal with, would highly recommend.

Roof repairs and replacement soffits and fascia

We are so pleased to have been introduced to Luke by Howdens when looking to purchase a new kitchen. He came to look at the required work immediately and carried out the roof repairs the next day which we were delighted about. He has also brought in associate workers to quote for a new heating system and electrical work. We had been trying to pull all these services together since we moved in to our new place without success and now with Luke to help us things are moving forward. So far we have found Luke is polite, helpful, hard working, likes to see a job finished properly and is amazing.

Facias,soffits and guttering

We have used Luke many times before for work on our own home and we hav always been more than happy with the high standard of work he has produced so it was without any hesitation we contacted him for this job on another one of our properties. Yet again he did not disappoint us his professionalism and eagerness to go above and beyond is so refreshing. We hav already asked him to book us in on his busy schedule to carry out another job for us. We know anyone who is good is always in demand so we r not taking any chances. Thankyou Luke for another excellent job done.

Cladding

Excellent service. Luke’s professional and efficient approach was noted from the first meeting. The quote for cladding was provided on the same day. It was 100% accurate. Each query was dealt with promptly. Luke offered lots of useful advice throughout the project. He also inspected the roof area for potential issues and gave us an opportunity to incorporate any remedial works. The work was completed in a timely and tidy manner. It was an amazing service and the result exceeded our expectations. Really impressed with Luke and the team and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
